today i control my shit for about 3/4 of the day. and i conclude that controlling shit is not a good idea bcos it makes me feel E-M-O.
The reason for controlling my shit is 70% due to the low intensity of e shit comin out, 30% is pure laziness.
hence, a great advice to all is :

u shld go shit no matter how low e intensity or how lazy R u.
